Frames
Roberti uses high quality materials, perfectly combined each other in order to offer original, valuable and long lasting outdoor furniture.
The frames of our furniture are mostly in aluminium powder coated for outdoor use. Aluminium is recyclable, light, does not overheat and does not rust, moreover is resistant to corrosion. It keeps the same characteristics even in marine environments.
In the aesthetically thin frames and in parts having support functions, we use stainless steeel Aisi 304 powder coated for outdoor use.
The stainless steel Aisi 316L is often used in the construction of outdoor areas of ships, boats and sailboats; it offers an excellent resistance to corrosion even in marine environments. Roberti uses this material in the shaft and joints of the Coral Reef sunshades.
Finishings
All the finishings are made with powder coatings, this treatment ensures an exceptional resistance to corrosion in the outdoor use and at the same time is respectful of the environment as polluting volatile solvents are not spread in the atmosphere (as it happens in case of liquid varnishes)
